Lee Chambers is the chief psychologist and director at Essentialise and Male Allies UK. He is the first Black British scientist to receive the Kavli Fellowship from the National Academy of Sciences, and he is known for his work in the fields of wellbeing and inclusion._x000D_

He is a serial entrepreneur, having founded and scaled PhenomGames to exit before launching Essentialise, and has featured on the Startups 100 Index. He has also won awards at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards and the Startup Awards, and received the Freedom of the City of London in 2024 for his outstanding contribution to business in the city._x000D_

He has received numerous awards for his work on gender equity and allyship within corporate clients and education, and has recently spoken at One Young World and Bloomberg Global Equality Summit._x000D_

He has been inducted into the Black Cultural Archives for services to business and health, won the 2023 UN Women Changemaker Awards, and is the author of the soon to release book Momentum, Reboot Your Career, Unlock Your Potential.
