Rapha Avellar is the founder and CEO of Brandlovers, a leading Creator Marketing platform that leverages technology to connect content creators with brands. A creator himself, with over 400,000 followers and millions in monthly social media reach, Rapha is a serial entrepreneur. In 2019, he founded Jones, which became Brazil’s fastest-growing digital agency, helping iconic brands execute creator-led strategies. Two years later, he launched Adventures alongside former AB InBev CMO Ricardo Dias, a company specializing in building digital brands with celebrities, creators, and athletes.
Currently, Rapha serves as Chairman of the Board at Jones and Adventures while leading operations at BrandLovers. Launched in January 2023, BrandLovers operates as a marketplace, eliminating intermediation costs and scaling collaborations between brands and content creators. The platform already boasts over 200,000 creators and is backed by prominent global funds like Kaszek, Canary (LatAm), The Venture City (Global), and Endeavor (Global), along with renowned investors such as Will.i.am (Black Eyed Peas) and J Balvin. In just one year, the startup raised R$45 million in investments.
Rapha holds an MBA from FGV, a specialization in Value Investing from Columbia Business School, and recently completed Harvard’s Owner President Management Program (OPM). In 2024, he was recognized by Bloomberg Línea as one of Latin America’s top 100 innovators.
