About me
José Renato Hopf began his career leading the innovation department at Banrisul. After successfully launching several pioneering initiatives at the institution, including digital products, he decided to venture into entrepreneurship and founded Getnet, widely regarded as Brazil’s first unicorn.
In 2015, he established 4all, a company specializing in digital experiences.
In 2023, he founded Raiô, a Brazilian corporate benefits company, where he serves as Executive Partner. Currently, Hopf is also the President and Co-founder of Grupo Four, which includes 4all, Uhuu!, Wine Locals, Ground, and South Summit Brazil. Additionally, he is involved with Endeavor Brasil, serves as President of South Summit Brazil and the AmCham RS Board, and is a member of the Council for Debureaucratization and Entrepreneurship of the State of Rio Grande do Sul.
