Before joining Flyer One Ventures Anastasiia worked as a Global Recruitment Lead at Whirl Software and AllSTARSIT, staffing internal product teams, early-stage startups and post-IPO companies.


Experienced in scaling teams and recruitment processes internationally (EMEA, US, LATAM).
