About me
Caela Tanjangco is a Director for Endeavor Catalyst, Endeavor’s rules-based fund. She currently is the fund’s regional lead in Asia, working closely with Endeavor Catalyst’s LPs, co-investors, and deals in the region. She also leads Endeavor’s global support office in Singapore, working closely with Endeavor’s Asian offices on building the Endeavor ecosystem in the region.
Prior to Endeavor, Caela was a Management Consultant with Accenture working across different industries such as telcos, banks, heavy equipment, and the nonprofit sector. She also previously co-founded a healthcare company called Harambee Vision, which was featured in the Financial Times, Huffington Post, Forbes, and the Clinton Global Initiative.
Her pro-bono work with the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, has impacted millions as she led the Manila chapter across 20 initiatives that helped 650,000 people, the global covid steering committee tracking the impact of 160 initiatives helping 3 million people, and eventually co-chairing the impact council, overseeing 400 city-hubs and 14,000 members working to improve the state of the world.
She holds a Masters Degree in International Management from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, and a BS Psychology Degree from Ateneo de Manila University.
