He studied at Harvard Business School, specializing in Business for Entertainment, Media, and Sports.
Konrad is the creator, producer, and director of Sintonia, the most-watched non-English-language series in the world on Netflix, with five seasons and a winner of the Grande Prêmio do Cinema Brasileiro.
He has won three Cannes Lions awards and the Prêmio Caboré. He was recognized as a Forbes Under 30, International Power Player by Billboard, Man of the Year by GQ magazine, and was named one of the 100 most influential Afro-descendants in the world by MIPAD at the UN.
